Meet Shane, with an impressive 23 years of industry experience, three of which have been dedicated to Vinco. His professional journey spans commercial vehicle refinishing, bespoke modular manufacturing, and cabin/modular building re-fits and installations. Shane holds a myriad of qualifications including paint spraying, electrical installation, ECS, CSCS, and slinger signaller.
At Vinco, Shane oversees all workshop operations, driven by his philosophy that nothing is impossible. He brings invaluable knowledge and management skills to the team, consistently introducing new products and procedures to optimize production processes.
Shane’s most memorable day at Vinco was a team outing to watch the Hereford vs. Gillingham FA cup match, highlighting his appreciation for camaraderie and shared experiences.
Outside of work, Shane is an avid golfer, proud of his hole-in-one achievement at Lydney Golf Club’s 8th hole. He also finds joy in gardening, sea fishing, and is a qualified Irish whiskey taster.
