Introducing Martyn, our dynamic Business Development Manager, whose career spans both hands-on craftsmanship and strategic sales within the construction industry. Beginning his journey as a skilled carpenter specialising in oak framing, Martyn later transitioned into sales bringing with him a practical, grounded perspective that continues to resonate with customers and colleagues alike.
His background also includes working in a yard as a forklift driver, where he gained valuable insight into the operational and logistical side of the industry experience which now underpins his customer-first approach at Vinco.
One of Martyn’s proudest roles was serving as a retained firefighter, a position he describes as the most rewarding of his life.
When he’s not on the road meeting clients or exploring new business opportunities, Martyn enjoys staying active and coaching his son’s rugby team, a weekend ritual he looks forward to every week.
