Standard and Used Items

Vinco Sales Ltd supplies a wide range of new and used standard units available for purchase or hire. This policy outlines the terms relating to purchases, delivery, and returns of these stock items.

This Policy applies to:

  • New standard units including containers, anti-vandal cabins, and welfare units.
  • Used and refurbished units including containers, anti-vandal cabins, and welfare units.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once a formal quote is accepted and payment has been received.
  • Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Used items are sold as seen or as described in your quote or accompanying documentation.

Delivery

  • Delivery is arranged upon receipt of full payment.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access to site and appropriate offloading equipment.
  • Failed deliveries due to access or site issues may incur additional charges.

Returns Policy

Vinco Sales Ltd does not offer returns or refunds on standard or used items once delivered, unless the goods are:

  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Misrepresented in the sales documentation

Reporting Damage

  • Any damage or issue must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
