Modular Buildings & Container Conversions

All modular buildings and container conversions from Vinco Sales Ltd are made to order and tailored to each client’s exact specification. As these are bespoke builds, specific terms apply to ordering, payment, and project changes.

This Policy applies to:

  • Bespoke modular buildings
  • Custom container conversions
  • Tailored welfare and office units built to client specification

Design, Orders & Payment

  • A full specification and/or drawing will be provided for approval before production.
  • Orders are confirmed only once signed approval and the required deposit are received.
  • Production will not begin until all agreed approvals and deposit payments are in place.
  • Final balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be scheduled upon receipt of full payment.
  • Customers must ensure the site is ready, with clear access and appropriate offloading capability.
  • Any site issues causing delay or failed delivery may result in extra charges.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of modular buildings and container conversions, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
  • If cancellation occurs before production, Vinco Sales Ltd reserves the right to retain costs incurred for design, planning, or materials.

Reporting Damage

  • Any damage or issue must be reported at the time of delivery or installation.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
